Orders & enquiries
Planning something special?
Tell Patinno what you need, when you need it and anything important about the occasion. The more useful the brief, the easier it is to discuss the next step.
Before you order
A few useful questions.
Can I request a custom cake?
Yes — the site is structured for custom cake enquiries. Share the occasion, date and preferred design direction so the requirements can be discussed.
Do you list prices online?
No prices have been included here because verified pricing was not supplied. Use the enquiry route to request a quote for the product you need.
Can I enquire about accessories separately?
Yes. Use the form and select Accessories, then describe the type of baking, decorating or celebration item you are looking for.
